EXTINCTION: RENEWAL | Eden Project

CORE BUILDING, EDEN PROJECT, BODELVA, CORNWALL PL24 2SG
18 SEPTEMBER 2026 - SEPTEMBER 2027

Lifetime and Pine Studies #1 two works created by Eleanor Lakelin using 875,000 year old pine from Happisburgh will be exhibited in Extinction: Renewal | Art of a Living Planet.

Through art, photography, sculpture and film, this exhibition created by the conservation charity Explorers Against Extinction explores humanity’s relationship with the natural world across time. Beginning with Earth’s distant past and the story of extinction, the journey moves through climate change and its impacts on wildlife and communities before arriving at the people, projects and ideas helping to shape a more hopeful future.

Along the way, visitors will encounter stories of loss, adaptation, resilience and recovery, discovering not only what is at stake, but also the actions being taken to protect and restore the living planet.
