LAST NIGHT I DREAMT OF MANDERLEY | Daniel Malarkey | Alison Jacques Gallery

ALISON JACQUES, 22 CORK ST, LONDON W1S 3NG
24 JANUARY - 8 MARCH 2025

"Lifetime" is included in ‘Last Night I Dreamt of Manderley’, curated by Daniel Malarkey and presented at Alison Jacques. The work is made of 875,000 year old pine from Happisburgh, sourced for Lakelin's contribution to the Extinction Collection.

"Taking its title from the opening line of Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca, ‘Last Night I Dreamt of Manderley’ weaves together the works of over 30 artists across generations, disciplines, and geographies. The exhibition explores memory, transformation, and the dynamic interplay between past and present, heaven and hell – dichotomies that lie at the heart of this gothic fairy tale."
